Pajjuwasami - Essentials of Jainism
The Pajjuwasami workshop, organized by the Pragyarambh, Centre for Jain Sciences at the Jain Group of Institutions in Bangalore, was a holistic journey of self-discovery aimed at guiding participants to understand themselves more deeply through the realms of emotions, goals, society, relationships, and career. This innovative approach to Jainism, under the guidance of Sadhvi Deshna Shriji and Sadhika Dr. Pragbha Viraat, offered a modern, practical outlook on spirituality free from ritualistic practices. The workshop incorporated a blend of awareness meditation, yoga, recreational activities, and insightful knowledge-sharing to foster personal growth, balance, and clarity in the lives of its participants.

Adhigam - Fundamentals of Jainism
The Adhigam (अधिगम) course, presented by Pragyaarambh, a unit of the Jain Group of Institutions (JGI), offers a comprehensive six-month exploration into the core principles of Jainism, aiming to dispel misconceptions about the religion being solely ritualistic. The course provides a rational and modern perspective on Jain teachings, emphasizing their relevance to contemporary life through practices like mindfulness, purpose-driven living, and self-transformation. It covers key Jain Sutras, important Jain figures, and terminology, while connecting ancient philosophies to modern concepts such as Ikigai, gratitude, and living in the moment. Participants will engage in assignments, presentations, and experiential learning, with opportunities for temple visits and real-life case studies. The course aims to equip participants with a deep understanding of Jainism, fostering mindfulness, balance, and harmonious living in today’s fast-paced world.

Sadhika Pragbha Viraat graced Soulful Talk 2.0, organized by Jain Yuva Sangathan, Bangalore, as one of the key speakers alongside Hitesh Kothari on 8 June 2025. She participated in an insightful panel discussion with Hitesh Ji and Smt. Babita Raisoni, Chairperson of JITO South Bangalore Ladies Wing. Centered on the theme ‘Jainism Simplified’, Sadhikaji eloquently shared her wisdom on the Namokar Mantra, the practice of Samayik, and the essence of Parikarma — inspiring all to embrace Jain values in daily life.

A Day of Awareness & Mindfulness
An enriching session by Sadhika Pragbha Viraat under the banner of Pragyarambh at Matoshri Radha College of Pharmacy, Virgaon (Akole) left every student inspired and uplifted.

Students and teachers actively participated, learning how small acts of generosity can create meaningful change in their community and personal growth.
New Year Bliss Retreat was successfully conducted by Pragyarambh, in collaboration with Charammangal, at Virat Shanti Nilay, Pali, Rajasthan.
The retreat offered a thoughtfully curated blend of spiritual exploration and rejuvenation, including visits to sacred temples, recreational outings, and specially guided meditation sessions. A unique highlight of the retreat was the dance meditation held on New Year’s Eve, allowing participants to welcome the new year with mindfulness, joy, and inner freedom.
Participants from across India, representing diverse age groups, came together to share this collective journey. The retreat created a space for reflection, connection, and renewal beyond routine life.
